Michael Sarracini is Project Manager for Income Property. Often in the background and always behind the scenes, he takes pride in helping homeowners generate income from renting their homes.  

 Michael owns many properties and loves giving advice on how to create an Income Property. Managing Income Property's as a business was not the original plan for Michael. He graduated from the University of Guelph with an honours degree in Biological Science, but before even completing the degree he had his sights set on bigger things. A chance encounter with another student in an elective business class would change his path for many years to come. That student was Scott McGillivray.

Michael believes in sharing his knowledge and experience in Real Estate, exposing would-be investors to the ins and outs of buying Real Estate for profit. Michael and Scott are currently collaborating on their newest project, the "Successful Landord" system of building real wealth.
